Gathering of Goodness

Last night I was so proud I remembered to take a few pics-via phone pics.
We celebrated our friend Jordan's B-day! It was fun to get together with them.
I sure love Mandi, she is such a delightful person to be around! So grateful for snazzy friends!

I am highly excited I found some more of our cruise pics. So I will post those tomorrow:)
Till then fellow bloggers!

Just when you thought it was over..

Well I have been meaning to post these pictures two weeks ago but that never happened...
so here they are folks!
Christmas was so wonderful this (past) year (like it always is)
I am so blessed to have family to make Christmas extra special.
It was neat to spend Christmas Eve with my family, my big brother Ben and his wife, Lora and their boys
joined in on the celebration and I LOVED having them there.
 We had a wonderful breakfast
 sang Christmas hymns
and opened gifts
I LOVE spending time with family.
Christmas day we started off with Church (perfect way to start the day)
we then went to visit some of the most precious people on this earth..my Grams and
Patty. We enjoyed lunch with my cousins.
Afterwards we went to Tay's family's house..we had such
a delightful time there..like always!
Then to end the day we went to my Dads..
The day was PERFECT. Filled with family and love..best gift of all.

These pictures are from the little family party we had at our place the night before  Christmas Eve.
We had my family and Tay's family..not everyone could come but we still
had a fabulous time.

Christmas day/Eve

more of Christmas day...
Tay and I got these awesome full body pj suits from my Brother and Sister in law.
We wear them all the time:)

We played such a fun game with some of our friends..
"guess which one is your husband's ankle"
So fun..I actually guessed Tay's ankle..it seems so weird but we
were all laughing:) oh how blessed are good memories.

You remind me of Orange..

On Halloween night my fabulous friend Mandi invited us to a murder mystery dinner party!
We all had a blast! The food was so great and so was the company:)

Thanks for having us over Mandi!
I just simply love you:)

This party was way fun and we played some awesome games that
were really funny! Unfortunately I only got one picture..I wish
I would have taken more because so many people
had GREAT costumes!

okay let me explain this picture below..
we were carving pumpkins and the next thing we know this song comes on
and all the boys just got up and started doing this dance around the whole room!
I really wish I could have got it on camera!
I almost peed from laughing so hard (I know that is not lady like, which thankfully I
did not). I just love when my hubby is with his friends because
they are all so flippin funny!

Hope everyone had a happy Halloween! we sure did:)

Some good people~

(I am working on trying to make my images larger..so don't judge please. thanks.)

Thank you so much to my fabulous friend Dallas getting me started with photoshop. I am SLOWLY (like VERY slowly) learning how to use photoshop. Sometimes it brings out the worst in me and I wish it were a person so I could punch it..but then again I am not the punching type of gal.

P.S.

not that I am counting down the days to leave good ol Terre Haute, Indiana but we will be coming back to Utah (HOPEFUL) in 5 days!

It has been great, we have meet some great individuals in Illinois and Indiana but I MISS my fellow peeps in Utah!

The awesome # 21~

Our night out on the town in Chicago! Tay took me there for a weekend since he was going to be in Utah for my B-day (It was his BF's wedding). We had such an AMAZING TIME TOGETHER! I loved the city, in fact I like it way better then New York city...seemed cleaner and not as hectic. I loved spending time with my sweet husband as we toured around the fabulous Chicago city!:)

Tay also surprised me with the great news on my Birthday that we are going to pick out a bike for me so we can go on bike rides together! I also got to pick out a new dress and I got a new phone~ which is so awesome..I have never had a touch phone so now I feel pretty legit.

Our first night there we ate at this cute little village Italian food place.

Tay and I had a marriage therapy session with Mr. Stone he let us do all the talking:)

We got to ride the Ferris wh

eel! ahhh I loved it...it reminds me of the first movie I cried in..Charly..haha oh Ferris wheels are just so fun to me!

The Pier was the funniest place we went..I really enjoyed being so close to the water.

PART 2 OF CHICAGO WITH KELS~

To start the day we went to the BEAUTIFUL Chicago temple. We really enjoyed going...It is always good get away from the busy world and feel at peace:)
Afterwards we headed to the CHICAGO CITY~ we had such a fabulous time. We really milked the Birthday thing and in results I got ~
a FREE boat ride tour, a Churro (I have never tried one..and I must say I did enjoy it~ kels told me to not worry about what I eat today..so I gladly didn't). I also got free ice cream and a smoothie drink! yay for turning 21!

After we got back from Chicago Kels and Makall were so cute to make me one of my favorite meals for my Birthday dinner! Then to top off their sweetness they went overboard ~ Makall gave me a beautiful necklace from this awesome shopping store that

is NOT in Utah...Limited. Kels gave me the Jane Erye book that I have been longing to read, and some cute nail polish. And their thoughtful husbands picked out some pretty roses to give me. Makall and Kels were so cute to decorate and make my B-day evening special......THANKS GIRLS!

wow! I had a wonderful Birthday...also special thanks to my favorite aunt Patty for always making me feel loved and special every year on the day of my birth!

Livin it and Lovin it~

Behold...My project~

Our friends introduced us to this awesome game called "Aggravation" They bought it from some lovely Amish people for $45 dollars (online they are $50). I was truly obsessed with playing the game everyday. I didn't want to fork out $50 bucks so I took matters into my own hands and built one for myself.....it really was harder then I thought it would be and I am not as skilled as those Amish people but by the time I got done I only paid $18 dollars for the whole project!

Our late nights~

Tay gets home late and so at night we enjoy soaking up every minute together! I just can't get enough of him..thank goodness I have him for eternity!

Enjoying yummy sticky fingers (Winger's recipe..click here to get the fabulous recipe..taste JUST like Winger's but even BETTER and SOO easy to make!)

I was really excited about this recipe as you can tell..

Pool time with Makall and the most happy little girl, Hailey!:) (she is really making Tay and I baby hungry)

and..that is all for now..

I will try to be better at taking pictures. I have just been so BUSY with NOT having a job or going to school. Sometimes when Tay gets home I just have to complain how hard it is to lay out by the pool.

Although in the mist of my busy life, I have learned how to cook some AWESOME meals to keep my man happy:) .....maybe., just maybe I will post some of the recipes!
